Policies & Terms of Service

Minimum Hours & Booking Terms

  • Hourly Chauffeur Services require a 3-hour minimum.
  • Special Packages include specified service hours (typically 3–6 hours).
  • Full-Day Chauffeur Service includes up to 12 hours.
  • Curbside Pickup/Drop-Off is available as a flat-rate service with no hourly minimum.
  • Time is calculated from scheduled pick-up to drop-off. Additional travel time may apply for long-distance bookings.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Remaining balance is due before service begins.
  • Wait Time Policy

  • Standard pickups include a 10-minute grace period. After that, $15 is charged per additional 15 minutes.
  • Airport transfers include a 30-minute grace period. After that, $25 is charged per 15 minutes.
  • Hourly or package bookings that go overtime are billed at $150/hour, in 15-minute increments.
  • We monitor flights for delays and do not charge extra for arrivals delayed by less than 1 hour.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any additional payment (deposit is retained).
  • 12 to 24 hours notice: 50% of the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of the deposit or 1-hour fee is charged.
  • No-show (15+ minutes late without contact): No refund will be issued.
  • Booking Confirmation

  • You will receive confirmation once deposit is received.
  • Services will not be guaranteed without full payment prior to service start.
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
